Medical Reception Courses
Nicky Jardine Health Business Services (NJHBS) has one of the leading medical receptionist training courses in Australia. Why? Our trainers work in the medical industry and operate and / or manage medical practices.
The medical receptionist course should not be taken lightly.
There are constant changes to Medicare Australia and other governing departments in the health industry. Your trainer needs to be working in the industry to be able to teach this course efficiently.
You also need to establish which part of the industry you wish to work in i.e. General Practice, Specialist (Plastic Surgeon, ENT, Orthopaedic), hospital or allied health. Our trainers can guide you in this decision taking into consideration your skills, typing speed, personality and past administration jobs.
There are two courses available, an accredited and a non-accredited course.
Medical Reception Induction Course
This is a MUST for any Practice Manager who is time pour and needs to induct their medical administration staff as per the Accreditation Guidelines below. There are over twelve online units in the Medical Reception Induction Program.
Nicky Jardine is not a Registered Training Organisation and in no way wishes to appear as a Registered Training Organisation.
The course is a fully accredited certificate delivered by Sutherland Training (RTO 31956) and for further information or enrolments, please contact Andrea at Sutherland Training. This course may be delivered part face-to-face and part online at Sutherland Training or totally online.
For both courses, all information is current and online. There is no printed documentation because information given in the medical reception course can change from one week to another. However, if you are a student who prefers to read from a book, we can forward you details on the books to purchase off the internet.
